Shipping
Every piece is made to order, so please allow a short production window before your order ships:
Production Time
2–5 business days for most items. Engraved pieces may take slightly longer since each one is finished by hand.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days once shipped
- Expedited Shipping — 2–4 business days once shipped
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen speed.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. Unpersonalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're unworn and in their original packaging.
Engraved & Personalized Items
Because engraved pieces are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if there's a defect or an error on our part. If something arrives damaged or the engraving doesn't match your order, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost.

Engraving Guide
Most Elyxr pieces can be personalized with a name, initials, date, or short word at checkout.
Character Limits
Each product lists its own character limit — typically 18 to 24 characters, including spaces. Longer requests may need to be shortened or set on a smaller line.
What We Can Engrave
- Names, initials & nicknames
- Dates (e.g. "03.14.19")
- Short words or phrases that fit the character limit

Engraving is done exactly as entered at checkout, so please review names and dates carefully before placing your order — we're always happy to confirm details if you reach out first.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information needed to process your order — your name, shipping address, email, and payment details — and use it only to fulfill your purchase, provide support, and (if you opt in) send occasional updates about new drops.
We don't sell your personal information. Payment is processed securely and Elyxr never stores your full card details directly.
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Terms of Service
By placing an order with Elyxr Jewelry, you agree to provide accurate shipping and personalization details, and to review engraving text carefully before checkout, since personalized items can't always be modified once production begins.
Prices, product availability, and processing times are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable after purchase.
